When you enter the PBGW Halloween Bash event held on October 19, 2023, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.  By entering the event premises, you consent to photography, audio recording, video recording and their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction.

By entering the event premises, you grant Pritchard, Bieler, Gruver & Willison, P.C., event organizers, sponsors, booth hosts, vendors, and all others associated with the event the unqualified rights to use the images and sounds resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptions for fundraising, publicity, or other purposes.

No compensation will be provided to the subjects of the images, photographs and/or videos.  The ownership of images, photographs and/or videos is retained by the persons taking the photographs and/or videos.  Images, photographs and/or videos may be shared in electronic, social, print, or any other form of media.

By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims against Pritchard, Bieler, Gruver & Willison, P.C., or any other person, entity, or association by reason of any such use of such images, photographs and/or video.
